  1. Pup-Nights at PNC Park<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Want to hit a homer with your pup? Take them to PNC Park. Every Tuesday during the 2018 Season, the Pittsburgh Pirates are holding Pup-Nights at PNC park. Not only will your dog get to experience what the Berg is all about, but a portion of the proceeds go to local animal shelters!<\/p>\n

    1. Frick Park Off-Leash Dog Park<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Looking for a place to play while in Pittsburgh? Frick park has an amazing, off-leash dog park. The park is specially reserved for dogs and is fenced off for safe playtime. Fido can play Frisbee, burn off some energy, and meet other Pups-burghers!<\/p>\n

      The Point, or the Golden Triangle, is a must if you are in Pittsburgh. The three rivers of Pittsburgh, the Allegheny, the Monongahela, and the Ohio Rivers all converge at the point. This is also a historical landmark<\/a> to commemorate the French and Indian War. Your puppy traveling companion must be on a leash, but the sights seen are worth it. In the summer there are boats to watch, places to sun yourself, and the fountain to enjoy.<\/p>\n

      Looking for a taste of the Berg? Nothing screams Pittsburgh more than Jerome Bettis Grill 36. The Bus opened a sports grill dedicated to his super-bowl winning run with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Dogs are allowed on the patio<\/a>.<\/p>\n

      Lucky Dog\u2019s Festival is a festival dedicated to our four-legged friends. In 2018, the festival will be held May 20th, block party style by South Side’s Double Wide Grill. Lucky Dog\u2019s festival holds contests<\/a> that your pup can compete in; best dressed, best bark, and man vs. beast eating contest. There are also animal awareness and fundraising events as well as adoption events!<\/p>\n

      6.\u00a0Raccoon Creek State Park<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Raccoon Creek State Park provides an excellent option for those looking for something closer to the Pittsburgh International Airport. The park offers miles of hiking trails, swimming holes, fishing, campgrounds, and much more. Your puppy must be on a leash at all times, but if you are looking for scenic hiking, this is the place to go.<\/p>\n
